4 working weeks upon order confirmation, actual lead time depends on product

Delivery

Delivery Charges

Free local delivery for orders more than $300, otherwise delivery charges as per below:

Within CBD area - $50 before gst
Outside CBD area - $30 before gst

You may also arrange to collect the trophies at our showroom. Local Delivery within Singapore except for Sentosa Island and Jurong Island.

We will contact customer to confirm the delivery time/location 1-2 days prior to delivery date indicated. Please take note that the delivery arrangements are subjected to availabilities of our delivery schedules.

Exchange or Refund Policy

Strictly no Exchange or Refund upon order confirmation.

EMIGIFTS will not be liable for printing errors due to incorrect information and/or spellings supplied by the customer. Replacements in this situation will be provided at cost.
