How long is your production time?
- Generally lead time would be 4-5 weeks depending on product and quantity.
- Express delivery will be subjected to availability upon request and urgent charges may be applicable.
- Do inform our team if you have a timeline for the event or distribution, we will do our best to get it ready in time.
Are your prices quoted inclusive of GST?
All prices quoted are before GST
What type of file/resolution are required for the new logo/image?
At least 300 dpi, preferably in eps, pdf, jpeg, ai, psd file
I can't upload my file. What should I do?
Please email the file to us at enquiry@emi.com.sg and indicate the order number or enquiry number.
How can I pay?
We accept several payment methods including
- Paypal.
- Paynow UEN.
What are the Payment Terms?
- 50% Deposit / 50% Balance before Delivery.
- 100% COD for regular clients.
- 14/30 days credit terms upon request, subject to approval.
What is the minimum order amount for free delivery?
- Enjoy free delivery when your total purchase is $300 and above before GST.
- For orders below $300 before GST, delivery charges apply.
What should I do if I cannot hit the minimum amount to get free delivery and I do not want to pay delivery fee?
- You may arrange for self collection at our office, 37 Lorong 23 Geylang, #09-01, Yu Li Industrial Building, Singapore 388371.
- Collection timing will be on an appointment basis.
Where do you deliver to?
- We deliver to any address in the main island of Singapore only. Surcharge will apply if delivery is to Jurong Island or Sentosa. We do not deliver to offshore Singapore islands.
- There will be a surcharge for deliveries within the CBD area.
Delivery Charges
Free local delivery for orders more than $300, or otherwise delivery charges as per below:
- Within CBD area - $50 before gst.
- Outside CBD area - $30 before gst.
You may also arrange to collect the trophies at our showroom.
Delivery within Singapore except for Sentosa Island and Jurong Island.
We will contact customers to confirm the delivery time/location 1-2 days prior to the delivery date indicated. Please take note that the delivery arrangements are subject to availability.
Marketing Purposes
**All the items that were printed/customized by EMITROPHIES (S) Pte Ltd, may be uploaded on our website and social media platform for our use, future reference and marketing purposes. Do speak with our team should you require the pictures for your own use. Thank you.
